About Us
Meet the Founder
Lauren Bayha, CEBS
Lauren started her career in benefits in 2004, working for a brokerage agency in Newport Beach, CA. She has served thousands of clients through the relationships she has built in her roles with brokerage agencies and carriers throughout the years. Lauren possesses a wide range of skills as a strategist, collaborator, and educator for employer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary worksite insurance. Lauren also advises clients in the area of Medicare and Individual health insurance. Education is vital to the success of a benefits package. She is able to communicate complex insurance strategies on a detailed yet simplified and personal level to both employers and individuals, ensuring that her clients feel confident in knowing how to utilize their benefits.
Lauren was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She studied Kinesiology as an undergraduate at San Diego State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree. She was also a 4-year collegiate rower and served as team captain for the SDSU Women’s Rowing team. She recently obtained her status as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the Wharton School of Business at UPenn.
Lauren serves as the Executive Director of the Sacramento chapter of the National Association of Benefit Insurance Professionals (NABIP). She also served on the Board for 5 years prior.
Outside of the office, Lauren loves spending time with her husband and two kids. She enjoys being outdoors at the lake or beach, exercising, reading and relaxing. She has also come increasingly involved in giving back to the community by refereeing and coaching youth sports.
Client Services Coordinator
Corinne Huey
Corinne Huey serves as the Client Services Coordinator at BayhaBenefits Insurance Solutions LLC. She streamlines business administration tasks and gathers information so Lauren can focus more on clients' direct needs.
Corinne grew up in the Sacramento area and graduated from Saint Mary's College of California with a degree in Communication and a teaching credential. After 15 years in the education industry, she decided to pivot and bring her attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills to BayhaBenefits Insurance Solutions.
In her free time, Corinne is an avid hiker, paddleboarder, reader, and traveler. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and discovering new destinations, bringing a sense of adventure and curiosity to all she does.
Corinne's multifaceted background and interests make her a well-rounded and effective member of the team.
